How to Handle Difficult Questions Like a Speaking Pro

Hi! ?It?s AmondaRose, 6-Figure Speaking?Goddess and Best Selling Author.

With all my heart, I want you to WOW your next audience ?even more than you ever thought possible.

Ineffectively handling the Q&A section of your presentation?can absolutely impact your results.? You can be totally?amazing in your presentation and then unsuccessfully handle?the Q&A section.? That one error can showcase a particular?weakness or challenge that you have which ultimately leads?to the audience questioning your abilities and/or expertise.

Because I want you to SUCCEED, let?s take a closer look at?how to handle difficult questions with ease so that you truly?shine during your first or your next presentation!

Remember, question and answers are an opportunity for?the audience to test your knowledge on the topic, your?commitment to your message and how effectively you?work with others on a one to one basis.? Keep in mind that?your audience may need to have a specific question answered?before they will invest in your message, a service or a program.

# 1 ? Prepare how you will answer questions ? especially?the worst questions.

Imagine how confident you will look when you nail that?really tough question ? the one that no one else even?thought of, until someone else in the audience asked it.?These type of questions can lead to the unprepared?speaker bumbling and stumbling over their own words. ?Your job is to take the time to prepare and rehearse the?answers to these difficult questions before you present so?that you will you confidently and calmly respond in such a?way that it showcases your incredible abilities.

?# 2 ? Be in Total Control

You want to maintain control of the question and answer?section. As the Speaker you do have the right to choose?which questions you answer.? You do not have to call on?everyone that raises their hand or has a question, especially?if you are getting a sense that the person will be a challenge?or disruptive to your presentation in some way. Always?remember, the entire audience is your #1 priority, so you?have to think of them first and what is going to serve them.

# 3 ? Handle it Quickly

You just never know who will be in your audience or what?kind of mood they will be in on that particular day.? If you?do find yourself in a difficult situation where someone is?challenging you and your view point, you have to handle?it quickly.? When you get the person who strongly disagrees?with your view point and refuses to stop talking, respond?with a ???Thank you for sharing your opinion, I know there are?many view points on this topic, however I am sharing with?you what has worked in __________________ situations.?We need to move on to the next question. ?

Handle questions like a PRO.? As a speaker it is your?responsibility. Your audience is counting on you to be your?BEST.? If you don?t give them your best, you are literally?wasting your time and your audience?s time.? Don?t forget?the thousands in potential income you can never get back?too!
