Popgadget Personal Technology for Women: Case turns iPad 2 into a ...

One of the main selling points of Apple's iPad is that it's a tablet, it can be carried easily and the touchscreen keyboard means you don't need to have extra accessories with you to be able to carry out everyday tasks, like sending emails and updating social networks.

However, there are certainly times when you're typing large chunks of text or playing a game that you may miss having a regular keyboard. This is one of the many reasons that CruxCase has created the Cruz Loaded, a case which houses the iPad 2 giving users access to both a keyboard and a trackpad. The device communicates with the iPad using bluetooth, but the power won't drain quickly as there's also a built-in battery available inside.

However, Mashable suggests there could well be a number of issues with the Cruz Loaded, including the fact that the bluetooth connection means it won't be as super responsive as a regular laptop, which many users may expect. The fact the device isn't set to be launched until late 2011 also means Apple could do something to stop bluetooth working in this manner, but only time will tell. Regardless of the hurdles CruxCase may face in the next few months, it's certainly an accessory that iPad users need as they use their devices more and more instead of turning to their laptop or desktop computers.
