Arizona CPhT jobs - Inpatient - Retail - PBM Experienced NOW HIRING!
All pharmacy technicians in the Tucson and surrounding areas, APPLY TODAY! These are full-time positions on a six (6) month contract. This is not a traditional pharmacy setting. All pharmacy technicians working this job will attend a four (4) week training from 7am - 4:30pm. All technicians must be available anywhere between the hours of 5am and 7pm when regular shifts begin, and January has a six day mandatory work week.

The CPhT will be responsible for:
* Inputting prescriptions and verifying appropriate information
* Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacists, doctor's offices and insurance companies
* Resolve claim issues, coverage verification, adjudication issues, etc.
* Process 350 prescriptions on a daily basis with 98.5% accuracy rate
* Work with management to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction

All candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Current Arizona pharmacy technician license
* 2+ years experience with retail, mail order, long-term care or hospital pharmacies
* Experience with Insurance benefit authorization, Prior Authorization Approvals, Adjudication issues, Coverage verification, reimbursement issues and claim processing
* Must have strong computer and communication skills
