Customer Has 3 Different Alarms, Impressed with ... - EMC Security

The EMC Security local monitoring center recently received a complimentary phone call from a customer residing in Locust Grove, Georgia. ?She called ?to thank EMC Security for such exemplary service. ?The customer mentioned that she has had other alarm monitoring companies in the past and that EMC Security has exceeded her high expectations by far on three separate occasions.

Recently, she accidentally activated the alarm after setting it on ?instant.? ?She said she was caught off guard at the rapid response call to her home. ?On another occasion, a fire alarm was activated at her home in October. ?She was home and forgotten that she left food cooking on the stove. ?Though her system was not turned on, smoke from the stove activated the alarm allowing her to remove the food from the stove and preventing her house from burning down. ?EMC Security?s quick response to the smoke alarm impressed her greatly and turned what could have been an unfortunate event into a grateful situation. ?On a third occasion, the EMC Security monitoring center called the customer to notify her of a power failure alarm at her home of which she was unaware. ?She again was very impressed with the level of service and protection she receives from EMC Security. ?She was also amazed in the reminder that she receives so much added protection and value when her system is turned on or off. ?The customer also said she was so happy to get such fast response and that she was also very thankful to receive fire protection and power outage notification with no additional cost, and no contract. ?She said, ?how can I get all of this at a rate lower than what I?ve paid in the past and with no contract.?? ?Our response to the customer was simply, ?EMC Security is proud to offer local monitoring, fastest response, with great service, at a low cost and no contract.?
