Are you a change agent seeking an opportunity with an innovative Engineering Management and Consulting Company?

This role is the creation and implementation of Change Management interventions that minimise change resistance and maximise employee engagement in initiatives undertaken within the Human Resources Service Delivery Model and the broader Group Human Resources Strategic Portfolio within the Client?s requirements.

Level: ?Senior Consultant Level

Location: Gauteng (Midrand), South Africa

Principal Accountabilities:

• Apply end-to-end structured change management approach and methodologies to drive change;
• Engage with key stakeholders in the change process at both executive and operational level to ensure buy-in and support for the change;
• Develop actionable communication strategies that enable change management;
• Act as coach and mentor to change management processes and events;
• Create and manage measurement systems for change initiatives;
• Planning and organizing within identified project management framework / methodology and templates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR with a minimum of 8 years experience in a HR;
• Management role or a BA / B.Com in HR or Industrial Psychology and 5 years experience in a HR Management Role;
• Consulting experience as Change Management Consultant and project management will be a definite advantage.
