Running can be a kind of antidote of many dangerous things in twenty century. In addition it seems that jogging may begin to draw people's attention to show its benefits to the life. The manager of the California's longevity institute published an announcement on the people's age. But he told us that high intensity joggers would obtain a stronger heart and a wholesome figure system.


More and more investigators found that there are so many advantages in running. A famous writer wrote an article about the jogging in a notable book. He said that running and walking are the simplest sport in the world. He thought it is hard to understand that why the medical profession will ignore this high value thing. People often show that they care about the prevention medicine and they know it very well. However, over half of the dead people are killed by the coronary artery disease. Due to the studies of both animals and people, we may conclude that the staying power practice is able to improve the quantity of blood which will flow to the heart. It also can boost the function of heart and reduce the resting pulse beats. So why should we use this method to cure the patients. This write is a frustrated man. Obviously, he thinks more than the normal people and he has to pay for it.


One day I hurt my foot, so I cannot run in these days. But I am not going to listen to the God. Therefore I determined to jog to increase the energy of my legs. I just run in the army basic training, so I hate running. Due to my troop exercises, I wore unwieldy shoes and began to jog slowly along the sidewalk. At that time I didn't see the progress in my life, I do not know the difference at all. However the fact is that although my foot is so pain. On this occasion, I kept on running. Every week I just jog 3 or 4 times to avoid injuring my foot again. When I was so busy to work I have to stop running. Yet I can jog again in the future. Finally I lived to the suburban districts. In the outskirts running is a more interesting thing. Therefore I gave up smoking and added some miles to my jogging plan. Sometimes I run with my neighbor. He served in the navy in the past. His figure is so powerful and healthy. He jog in a fast speed. As a matter of fact I don't want to run in his fast way. However I was persuaded to continue to jog by his powerful and strong emotion. So as long as he doesn't rush quickly I usually can keep up.
