Yeast Free Diet Help - Review of Reviews - HotReviews.com

Yeast Free Diet HelpPeople who are yeast intolerant follow a yeast free diet and this is mostly done to eradicate the growth of the candida bacteria in the body. The diet prescribed helps the overall growth and development of the individual?s body. Most of the times, the bacteria does stay in the body but if it does go out of control then it can cause a lot of pain and bloating issues to the person. This can be very problematic.

When one is prescribed to follow a yeast free diet, one has to stop eating food stuffs that have high yeast content like rolls, breads, pastries, cookies and so on. Also it is advisable to stay away from vinegar and food that contains vinegar like salad dressings, sauce for barbecue, mayonnaise, pickled foods and pickles. Staying away from fermented food stuffs is also a good idea. Therefore, it is best not to indulge in wine, spirits and beer etc. moldy food stuffs should also be avoided such as cheese, pickled, smoked or dried meats, mushrooms, cured bacon, etc. also it is best that one stays away from nuts like pistachios and peanuts. No sauce of soy, malt, herbs that pre-packaged, canned tomatoes or even tea plus should be indulged in. people who are yeast intolerant will crave for sugar and that is natural but sugar should be taken as it too contains yeast. Food like honey, maple syrup, drink mixes and soft drinks have to be stayed from. Fruits with high fructose content should be avoided as well such as raisins, dates, grapes, figs, prunes and citrus fruits etc.

Such a diet that is yeast free should be followed for at least six weeks and a minimum of three weeks at least. This will flush out all the yeast cells from your body. And slowly your body will then adapt the new diet and the individual will start feeling and looking much better. What this diet does is it flushes out the toxins from the body and that helps to retain the long tern energy reserves. However, when the body begins to dump the toxins, it will first have to go through the vaginal duct and intestines; therefore, one may feel fatigue or flu like symptoms. One may feel irritable and weak as well.

But the body does recover quickly. Because one is yeast intolerant they should continue to follow the yeast free diet so that they remain healthy always and avoid the temptations for food stuffs containing yeast. Also to check if you are allergic to some food stuffs, after six weeks you can starting eating one new food stuff and see how your body reacts to it. If there are no issues, then it is safe for you to eat that food but stop it immediately if you face any problems. Mostly people understand within a short span what is good for them and what is not. Therefore, one needs to be careful always to stay healthy.
